Exp: 6 – 8 Years

Job Description:
· Should have minimum of 5+ years of IT Recruitment experience
· Must have good Oral and written communication skills
· Should have hands-on experience in handling IT Recruitment – Permanent & Contract positions
· Knowledge in using leading job portals & Social Networking sites
· Proficient in Searching Techniques / Sending Mass Mails / Job Postings etc
· Able to understand IT Skills Sets (Microsoft / Java / Linux / Android / SAP / Database / MS Dynamics / D365 / Xamarin etc)
· Sourcing Candidates as per the job description.
· Conducting Preliminary interview to shortlist candidates.
· Schedule Technical Interviews with the client.
· Follow up on feedback with the client.
· Inform shortlisted candidates on their selection.
· Salary Negotiations, HR discussions etc.
· Assist the client in onboarding of the candidates.
· Other Recruitment related activities to support speedy selection and joining of the candidates.
· Ability and willingness to learning & understanding, go getter attitude
· Familiar with IT requirements and Recruitment process
· Result oriented and ability to build strong professional relationship
· Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
· Should have good convincing and negotiable skill
· Strong team player and pro-active, manage team and drive processes
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹400,000.00 – ₹700,000.00 per year
