Job description:
1.In this position, you will be working on analyzing the client requirement and understand their expectations through prospect mail.
2. This could include actively working in frame keywords; prepare the skill matrix; source / screen the candidate resumes through various recruitment methods; coordinate with them for interviews, extend offers, negotiate compensation and facilitate the placement of candidate.
3. Expertise in new Software technologies.
4. Use proactive sourcing and recruiting techniques – Boolean searches, referrals, job boards, LinkedIn, and social media networks.
5. Create job posting templates and posted jobs on various job boards.
6. Identifying potential candidates, mailing them the job description, phone screening them, and scheduling both virtual and in-person interviews.
7. Assess candidate’s technical skills, communication skills, commitment levels, and discussion on interview availability, pay rate expectation, company benefits package, notice period, and joining date.
8. Acts as the first point of contact throughout the candidate hiring process.
9. Follow-up with candidates for the further interview process.
10. Conduct reference checks for selected candidates.
11. Hands-on experience in Full time, Contract, Contract-Hire, and Remote positions. 12. Strong English communication skill to speak, to understand and to write is essential for this role to build report with candidates.
13. Bachelor degree with technical education will be needed for this role.
14. Perfect to have an extraordinary skill in pay attention/understanding and grasping.
15. Working knowledge in social media and other job portals is highly chosen.
16. Should be energetic candidate and challenging attitude for giving business
17. Active team performer is preferred.
18. Be duty-bound to work in US shift timing.

21. Maintain active and passive candidate databases in Excel for current and future hiring needs
22. Training and mentoring new hires joining our team and getting them familiar with the system.
