Roles and responsibilities:

• You will be working with a team of highly qualified, engineers to train students on specific skill-sets
• You will be responsible for researching the latest trends in the CS/IT domain, and exploring possibilities for the development of courses.
• You will be interacting with industrial experts and getting them on board for the development of courses.
• You will be creating evaluation strategies for various projects in each individual module.
• You will be responsible for resolving any queries or problems that the students face while doing the course work and conducting virtual boot camps in the field of CS/IT.
• You will be managing the existing courses by evaluating each individual course’s performance and suggesting improvements and implementing them.
• You will be responsible for providing support material for the course in the form of written documents or videos.
• You will be responsible to evaluate the work done by the student and provide constructive feedback.
• You will be responsible for developing the skill required to crack an interview for a student

Technical Expertise:

• Basic Knowledge of Programming Languages Like Javascript, Python, HTML, CSS.
• Experience working with Software development Tools.
• Understand the working of the development methods in the industry: Fullstack, backend, and front end.

• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
• Be a highly motivated self-starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks and complete them in a timely manner.
• Be willing to take charge/responsibility and work towards completing the goal.
• Have prior experience in teaching/training as a student/fresher/working professional.
