The Team Manager of Major Incidents is responsible for leading and managing a team of incident managers who are responsible for resolving major IT incidents. The team manager will work closely with the incident managers to identify, investigate, and resolve major incidents in a timely and effective manner. The team manager will also be responsible implementing incident management processes and procedures.
