Full Job Description
Will be solely responsible for all IT needs of run phase engagements, will bridge the gap between the end users and IT world.
A dedicated IT ‘Single Point of Contact’ responsible for an engagement for the life of the contract.
Engagement relationship management with a focus to Fulfill engagement technology needs and ensure a smooth ‘Run the Business’ Project mobilization to support desired business outcomes – Revenue, Margin, Satisfaction Cost and Risk management.
Coordination with required resolver groups in major incidences, repetitive incidences be it – Infrastructure, Network, Application etc.
Should able to provide detail first hand technical details in case of issues.
Take active part in finalizing functional requirements with delivery team for any application change.
Driving Global IT initiatives/projects with engagements.
Provide value addition to the engagement from cost and effort savings.
Managing the end to end IT coordination in Run Phase Engagements.
Stabilize and Operationalize core IT support processes.
Setting up internal Governance with Service desk and other IT teams.
Must Have Sound Knowledge in IT Service Delivery & Support.
Must Possess good Project Management skills.
Should Possess good Client Management skills.
ITIL Certification is an added Advantage.
PMP Certification is an added Advantage.
Involve in technical troubleshooting.
