Previous work experience as a trainer with emphasis on standard operating procedure based, business process outsourcing and multiple technology systems instruction
Extensive experience facilitating learning and delivering presentations virtually required
Tasks
Serves as in-company trainer, facilitating training content on all topics including but not limited to product
Responsible for training Operations teams providing coaching and reinforcement of behaviors needed to achieve KPI goals.
Collaborate and communicate with numerous business units across the enterprise to support and help drive change initiatives across the organization
