Qualification : MBA, BE/B Tech

For Freshers:

* Candidates with profound knowledge into recruitment & its process
* Good communication skills
* Able to quickly adapt to new environments/strategies, and open to new and challenging opportunities.

For Experienced:

Exp : Min 1 yr to Max 3 yrs

Experience in permanent staffing and C2H staffing.
Proven ability to manage multiple positions by sourcing, screening, qualifying, and conducting interviews..
Recruiting and placing IT professionals
Handle the full cycle of IT recruitment — source, screen, evaluate, co- ordinate interviews and close the positions.
Efficient in using various resources to find and screen potential candidates in terms of their qualifications and work experience.
Able to quickly adapt to new environments/strategies, and open to new and challenging opportunities.

Good communication skills
