Urgent Hiring for Team Leader for Global Technical Support
Location: Gurugram
Package: upto 10LPA
Responsibilities and Duties:
o Deliver a comprehensive solution to the issues reported
o Adhere to Resolution Time as per SOPs
o Correctly update cases in our ticketing system
o Ensuring timely responses
o Follow-up process with other partners and/or clients
o Internal follow ups with other functions
o Handle client escalations
o Co-ordinate with other Shift Leads handling prior or subsequent shifts and ensure
seamless handover of cases
