IT Recruiter
Designation – IT Recruiter
Location – Noida
Experience – 2-5 years
Qualification – BE Computer Science, BCA, MCA, MBA in IT or any relevant field education is applicable
Technical Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals. Ultimately, you will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions.

Job Description:
1. Write and post technical job descriptions
2. Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Stack Overflow and GitHub
3. Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
4. Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
5. Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioural questions)
6. Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
7. Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
8. Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work
9. Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
10. Keep up to date with new technological trends and products
11. Proven work experience as a Technical Recruitment
12. Hands-on experience with various interview formats (Like-Teams, Skype, Google meet)
13. Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
14. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
15. Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
16. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must Have:
1. A good understanding of technology and technical skills.
2. Experience in recruitment processes and platforms.
3. Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
4. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
5. Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹500,000.00 per year
