Job Responsibilities:
Provide telephone, email, remote and on-site Senior Support to CeX staff & colleagues
Monitor the performance of the Support Team in handling the trouble tickets.
Oversee the support tickets and ensure mails are being handled / acknowledged in a timely manner
Oversee the Projects and ensure the progress of the projects as per the timeline.
Ensure Quality of Service provided to the end user and maintain quality standards for the IT Services provided
Perform root cause analysis and implement fix/workaround
Formulate test plans and manage deployments and migrations
Engage other stakeholders and resolver groups to ensure awareness of new technologies and processes
Create best practice policies and procedures
Engage support teams in different regions to ensure processes are adopted globally
Monitoring queue of escalated incidents to ensure all escalations are progressed and updated
Document troubleshooting procedures
Escalate cases to the relevant department when required
Willing to work on call / overtime when required
Maintain smooth running of business from an IT standpoint
Attend and participate in all departmental meetings/training initiatives
Assist in any other general tasks that may arise
Administration of Microsoft Windows, Antivirus, Servers, Networks and more
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Conducting training as required / requested
Mentor L2 team members who are showing potential in growth
Team Leadership skills
Taking care of activities other than assigned to the IT Support Team
Keeping up to date with latest technologies
Should be able to handle Server maintenance in case of any critical events and provide incident reports.
Good understanding of Servers, Database, Active Directory, AWS / Google Cloud Platform
Worldwide travel opportunities
Help scope, plan, and write technical proposals for projects

Windows Server 2003/2008/2012 Experience
Intermediate Linux Skills
Advanced Active Directory Administration & GPO settings
Advanced Networking Skills
Excellent Verbal/Written English communication skills
Team Leadership Skills
Experience Supporting Overseas Customers
Strong Knowledge of Google docs
Technical Knowledge of TCP/IP and ADSL/SDSL Technologies
Knowledge of Enterprise Level Anti-Virus Products
Good knowledge in AWS, Google Cloud Platform
