CeX Looking for IT Repair and Logistics – Manager at Lower Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra Full Time

Experience: 3+ years

Salary: 9 – 13 lacs

Shift Timings: Two days off per week

Responsibilities Include:
Leadership, development and management of the IT Repairs and Logistcis Team

Taking ownership of the IT Repairs and Logistics operations

Improving the delivery of services to meet the needs of the company

Maintaining the standards of an established and high performing team

Identifying problem areas and deficiencies while improving processes and implementing strategic solutions in time

Managing hardware service requests globally

Responsible for maintaining & arranging regular health checks of all the equipments in Support Centre

Dealing with the lifecycle and RMA of IT devices

Regular assessment/health check of server room hardware.

Ensuring timely assignment of assets and keeping inventory portal up to date

Managing & Organising IT inventory

Managing the team and ensuring that the quality standards are being maintained

Ensuring that IT repairs and Logistics processes and procedures are documented

Communicating with Stakeholders, Managers, Senior staff and other departments to a high standard

Collaborating with the global IT Logistics team in other territories

Troubleshooting technical issues related to Mac OS, Linux and Windows OS

Coordinating and planning with procurement department about future requirements for IT Assets and licenses for users

Prepping of Store IT equipment like servers, printers, router, firewall etc

Working in Harmony with Technical Services team Globally

Attend, participate and (where required) lead in departmental meetings

Required Skills:
Basic Networking & Hardware knowledge

Experience working with and managing a team

High level of verbal and written communication

Ability to work under pressure

Ready to contribute with own ideas and opinions

Good appetite for technical knowledge

High level of organisation, logical thinking, and problem solving ability

Desired but not essential skills:
Experience with Windows Server operating systems

Experience working within a service focused ticketing system

Experince working with file servers, imaging software and inventory tool
