• Propose and lead the SRE transformation plan within North American Supply Chain team with communication and coordination with the Global SRE team team.
• Present the transformation progress in the framework of the Operability Committee.
• Actively contribute to the problem management process within the North American Supply Chain entity to reduce the number of incidents.
• Promote the culture of measurement, observability (usage measurement, operations…) and capture of key events likely to reinforce our proactivity, decrease our MTTR (mean time to repair) and improve capacity management.
• Support the efficiency improvement process of the entity (Proposal of innovative automation solutions and contribution to ROI studies, …).
• Challenge the level of resilience of applications (patterns of operability).

Strengthen the means of diagnosis and resolution of technical problems.

• Contribute to the documentation effort required to improve the relationship between the Build and Run teams (IS mapping, repositories, shared knowledge bases).
