Job Title: EU2 – SCCM & Intune with Mcafee/Antivirus
Work Location: Bangalore/Chennai
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
SCCM / Intune:
– Application importing and deployment and troubleshooting
– Patch management & trouble shooting
– Device enrollment via Intune & troubleshooting
– Creating enrollment profiles and troubleshooting
– Creating configuration profiles based on customer requirements .
– Basic troubleshooting skill for all activities via SCCM / Intune .
– Application importing and deployment and troubleshooting

– Basic troubleshooting skill for all activities via SCCM / Intune .
Mcafee / Antivirus :– Analyzing all risk factors for improvement of computer systems
– Assisting in installation of antivirus to fortify security system
– Applying operating system updates, patches and making configuration changes to tighten security
– Protecting the network from malicious entities such as hackers, viruses and spyware
– Detecting security issues, creating customer tickets and managing problems until closure
– Updating DAT files via EPO console
– Pushing Microsoft defender updates to make sure all the machines are up-to date .
– Managing devices from EPO console with custom requirements .
– Isolating infected devices and fixing them and preventing future occurrences.
