Position Overview
We are seeking skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architects with excellent understanding of TelCo domain to join our team. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, understand business requirements, and translate them into efficient and scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Responsibilities
Presales Support, Solution Design and Architecture:
Collaborate with Business , IT and Network stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements in workshop model driving the solution.
Design end-to-end solutions using the ServiceNow TMT components to meet business needs while ensuring maximum out of the box solution.
Develop technical architecture, considering scalability, performance, and security aspects.
Create detailed technical documentation outlining design decisions and implementation strategies.
ServiceNow Development
Define and manage integrations with external systems using TMF APIs, REST, SOAP, and other methods.
Ensure seamless data flow and consistency between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
Design data models and manage data sources within the ServiceNow CMDB.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices for the Service Now TMT industry solution.
Stay updated with ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and industry trends.
Optimize the performance of ServiceNow applications, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Quality Assurance And Testing
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for implemented solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Min 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Architect, with a track record of successful project implementations.
Strong proficiency in a number of the ServiceNow TMT components, for e.g., ITSM, FSM, TNI, OMT, SPM, TSOM.
Min 10 years’ experience of working with TelCo customers , preferably in the OSS Domain Service Assurance, Fulfillment, Activation, Plan & Build, OM , Field services Mgmt.
Min experience of 2 hands on Implementations with Now platform preferably non ITSM.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
ServiceNow certifications are a plus and will be highly valued.
