Job Description

1. Very good understanding of Firewall systems like Sophos Fortinet,

2. Manage internet bandwidth usage, and network firewall security

3. Should be able to configure / manage/ troubleshoot Switches , routers

4. Configure alerts for service failure events, Log monitoring

5. Desktop system troubleshooting and maintenance

6. Enforce the company’s network Security procedures

7. Server/Network Backup Systems

8. Monitor and maintain network stability.

9. Good knowledge and understanding of Servers, Windows, AWS, and Azure.

10. Operating systems / applications / devices Licensing, activations and patches and security updates

11. Very good understanding of networking, distributed computing concepts, server storage systems

12. WAN Network Support

13. ERP Software Installation

14. Troubleshooting and providing technical support to employees

15. Maintaining networks and network file systems

16. CCTV Maintenance

17. Ensure the smooth operation of all aspects of the IT systems.

18. Active Directory, DNS, DHCP Management

19. Email Configuration and Support

20. PowerShell and scripting are added advantages

Key Skills

**** Knowledge of system security techniques,Data center operation, Storage, Backup, SQL & IIS,Cloud , Antivirus, Configure internal systems, Supervise the Operations team, Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, Install servers, devices and firewalls, Train new system users and set up their accounts, Monitor the performance of servers, software and hardware, Ensure the smooth deployment of new applications, Update technical documentation, Be knowledgeable of network system protocols and windows operating systems,

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Experience : A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or any related field OR BSC/MCA/MSC degree in a related field .

Candidates must have knowledge in Linux and Windows, CCNA/MCSE/MCITP/RHCE / RHCSA certifications & Relevant IT Diploma or Degree in Information Technology will be advantageous

Total work experience : 3-5 years (Preferred) with Networking: 2 years (Preferred)

Age: Minimum 28 Years and Maximum 35 Years
