Driving ownership of outcomes within the teams at all levels.
Manages the day-to-day operations of the various departments for the staff by establishing priorities, scheduling, and assigning work, adjusting schedules in order to achieve good business outcomes.
Reviews and creates standard operating procedures and advises on opportunities for improvement.
Analyzes and tracks performance metrics to continuously improve the business.
Drives client retention and implements practices to reduce churn rate/client turnover. Conducts client outreach to ensure a positive and superior client experience; resolves client complaints.
Prepares monthly reports highlighting company operations KPIs and proposes opportunities for optimization with good presentation skills.
Develops a client acquisition process and can assist in sales calls.
