Job Description:
IT Infrastructure Project Management

ü IT Systems Management

ü Network and Infrastructure Management

ü IT Asset Management and Procurement

ü IT Security and compliance

ü Good Communications skill

ü Responsible for creating and implementing IT operating model and managing IT operations including infrastructure, applications, and security at the Business Unit Level in line with overarching IT strategy and overall framework.

ü Manage the availability of the site IT services and solutions; continuously monitor performance and capacity of IT systems with the objective to identify scope for improvement and facilitate it for systems at the group level.

ü Maintain the server rooms, servers & storage, network, and complete IT setup for maximum up-time.

ü Coordination for all software and hardware activities related to IT.

ü Maintaining and implementing communications systems by day-to-day monitoring.

ü Managing and monitoring of CCTV and surveillance system in entire site.

ü Implementing and managing access control system at site.

ü To assist in software and hardware installation validation protocol and report.

ü Backup, retrieval, and preservation of data.

ü To ensure complete the E-waste compliance on monthly basis.

ü To perform activities related to security management of laboratory computer systems, backup and restore activities execution and Disaster recovery management of laboratory computer systems.

ü To provide the access rights in software to users and effective implementation of the procedure

ü To ensure the integrity of all data generated either manually or electronically.

ü Role as an administrative for application software in Quality Control.

ü Implementation of GxP IT procedure for development / implementation of new software/ application/ SCADA/ PLC.

ü Preparing SOPs for IT compliance like CSV, Data Backup, Risk Management, etc…

ü Having good exposure on Software, maintenance, and backup data, restore data.

ü Responsible for the complete IT security / Data security / Cyber security and data protection.

ü Provide IT support to users, monitor their day-to-day calls, and work on escalations.

ü Maintain the IT Asset records up to date with users undertaking.

ü Collaborate with HR dept. to maintaining Employee self-service portal and Time attendance system.

ü Find and fix the root cause issues in the overall IT setup for smooth IT operations

ü Track & maintain timely renewal of IT support contracts and coordinate with IT, vendors.

ü Responsible for Computer Systems Validation (wherever required) and maintain the records.

ü Face regulatory audits from the IT side, responsible to implement regulatory processes and maintain the regulatory records.

ü Take regular backup of all users, lab instruments and servers.

ü Preventive and predictive maintenance of Plant DCS, Lab, Scada system.

ü Basic troubleshooting in PLC SCADA system.

ü Collaboration and Maintenance of all Instrumentation related engineering activities with quality service to meet the production targets in a most cost-effective manner with the operational excellence culture within the budgeted CCs.

ü Maintain Projectors and Audio Devices at site.

ü Implementation and Drive Corporate Driven projects at site.

ü Responsible for prepared IT Opex and Capex budgets.
