We are looking for motivated and driven IT Administrator to join our team in Ahmedabad, India.
The IT Administrator will be responsible for general IT troubleshooting, installing, and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and zoom rooms. Providing technical support across the company, you will respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests. Typical tasks will include assisting with onboarding processes by setting up new accounts for new users, repairing and replacing equipment as necessary, IT problem solving and ensuring our office is always running

If so, here’s what you’ll do in this role:
Onboarding processes by setting up new accounts for new users which includes preparing laptops and installing Windows.
Diagnosing and fixing employee software or equipment issues. Organising swap-out or replacement equipment as needed.
Maintaining accounts and licences in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, 8×8 and Salesforce amongst many other software applications.
Maintain office infrastructure desks, monitors, networks, wifi, cameras and zoom rooms.
Manage off-boarding and decommissioning of hardware and licenses.
Supporting people who work from home.
Available for some out of hours support calls.
Here’s what you’ll bring with you:
Experience with Microsoft365, Google Workspace and Azure.
Experience using Endpoint Management tools such as Intune.
Ability to manage cloud-based SaaS applications such as Google workspace, Slack, Confluence, Jira and Zoom.
Confident with network administration and hardware with the ability to swap physical switches, wifi points, firewalls, desk docks and screens etc.
Telephone and IVR system administration.
Knowledge of firewalls/switches and Wi-Fi access pointsVirus checker installation and procedures.
Google Workspace administration.
Logical and practical approach to questions and problem solvingExcellent presentation and communication skillsAbility to use Atlassian and Google Docs to build training materialAbility to build, fault find and repair Microsoft and Apple Desktop environments
Has and uses appropriate technical skills to carry out the role at a high level of accomplishment.
Seeks to continually improve in everything they do via development opportunities and sharing of knowledge.
Independently able to complete tasks assigned and ask for suggestions when roadblocks occur.
