Working experience in NOC environment for Fault & config management preferred

Responsible to provide support to Circle – Service Testing Team.
Perform basic troubleshooting to Identify, qualify/rectify, system / network jeopardy.
Manual provisioning of Orders for which automaton is not available. / Customized solution implementation.
provides complete hardware, software, Planning and troubleshooting services to those cisco customers
Good Knowledge and understanding of IP routing (BGP, OSPF), VLANs, Multicasting, VOIP, SNMP, SSH, IP / MPLS (L2 & L3 VPN), IPv6 and Command line Interface.
Certifications: Cisco CCNP,CCNA
Coordination with Core NOC or Vendor TAC for a resolution of identified problem
Good communication skills & knowledge on Enterprise solutions
Trouble Ticket (TT) Closure within timelines • Escalation Management. • Technical Support to team members for resolving complex issues • L3 Support to Service Manager/Service Desk for Issue Resolutions • Monitoring & contributing to improvement in Network Performance. • Interface with cross-functional stakeholders within the organization • Team Management
Education
Any BE/B.Tech or equivalent with specialization in either of the following – Electronics Engineering /Telecommunication Engineering /Computer Science / Computer Engineering
Experience
