In this fast-paced, you will lead process sessions, analyze impact, and document process flows across lead, opportunity, quoting, order capture, subscription, renewals, customer success, and Sales Management and Compensation for tier 1 and tier 2 partners, and direct channels across new, renew, amendment, cancellation, trial, and evergreen sales motions. You will handle the following: Defining the current and target state end-to-end business capabilities and process flows for the following areas: Lead Management: Lead generation, qualification, enrichment, and routing to the sales team Opportunity: Support, track, and manage the execution of a sales process not limited to opportunity creation and closure, sales forecasting and booking reports, and pipeline management Quoting: Support quoting process from creation, configuration and price determination, approvals, and quote generation Order Capture: Creating, processing, and tracking orders including credit management and order management Subscription and Renewals: Supporting processes for subscriptions/renewal management Customer Success: Drive customer adoption and retention through onboarding, training, loyalty programs, self-service management, and customer service and complex solution support Sales Management and Compensation: Lead and convert opportunities into sales orders, including customer & territory planning, quota setting and ensuring sales teams are credited and compensated Work closely with business executives to understand business vision and strategy, inefficiencies, and transformation initiatives. Assessing problems along the enterprise business processes to drive ongoing improvements across roles & responsibilities, processes, and technology Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously Who You’ll Work With Business executives and multi-functional Leaders (Sales, CX) to assess transformation requests Digital Enterprise Solution, Enterprise Architecture and Strategy & Planning teams to ensure alignment across business priorities, business process flows, architecture and implementation decisions Transformation program teams for overall program management Who You Are Understanding of end-to-end Lead to Order, and Sales Management and Compensation business processes flows including Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Quoting Management, Order Management, Sales Coverage, Goaling & Quota Setting, Sales Crediting & Compensation Experience using business process management tools and methodologies Self-directed, adaptable change agent with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent at collaborating with other teams to identify process improvements You are highly organized; you work with a focused purpose and strive for detailed execution of the work you’re doing You are at home in highly matrixed organizations You have excellent oral and written communication skills
