Agile Project Manager
GFT is looking for an Agile Project Manager for Global Fund Transfer Pricing Application.
Responsibilities:

• Support Scrum teams through Agile Life cycle management and help to facilitate Inter team coordination.
• Ensure timely execution of Sprints including
  • Deliverable’s coordination
  • UAT coordination and tracking
  • Sprint Documentation in PTS, JIRA and confluence
• Ensure adherence to Program level processes
• Ensure team compliance to JIRA, Scrum processes and Citi project management guidelines
• Ensure 100% audit compliance for JIRA and Scrum Processes
• Plan and Conduct Scrum Ceremonies- Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospective, Sprint Review , Scrum of Scrums and Program level Retrospective.
• Collate/derive data and publish Metric Report and Management reports
• Recommend and Communicate Process Improvements
• Own, advocate, and coach Agile (scrum) processes, ensuring that the team is always following the framework and looking for opportunities to continuously improve all the time.
• Uphold Agile values and principles and work as Back up to Agile Coach.
• Take action based on retrospectives and sprint team metrics to improve execution approaches and team velocity.
• Create a safe environment for healthy discussions and meaningful collaboration.
• Focus on teams to deliver value quickly. Foster a motivating culture of openness, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree
• 10+ years of experience in delivering projects in an Agile manner or equivalent
• Successful track record of managing large Agile teams with predictable commitment and delivery
• Preferably PSM/CSM/PMI certified
• Exposure to the banking or finance function domain is preferred
• Ability to thrive in an environment with a high degree of change
• Knowledge of Project management / tracking tools / Agile processes / JIRA is a must
• Strong people management skills
• Ability to interact, influence and negotiate at all levels of the organization
• Ability to convey complex messages with simplicity to a broad and diverse, multi-level audience
• Ability to find solutions to complex problems through critical thinking, engagement and collaboration
• Strong knowledge of Scrum Management, Sprint and Release planning
• Advanced understanding of and experience with Software Development Life Cycle
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
