Responsibilities:
Extensive knowledge on Supply Chain Finance & e-Loans in the Working Capital Finance domain is a must
Evaluate new IT developments and evolving business requirements and recommend appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems by analyzing business processes, systems and industry standards
Grasp the business requirements, perform gap analysis and provide innovative solutions
Groom the product features & define acceptance criteria working with business, operations, system architects and other stakeholders
Coach team of business analysts in delivering software solutions by decomposing broad features to user stories
Identify and communicate risks and impacts and propose risk mitigation options, considering business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment
Resolve inter-team dependencies
Work with large cross functional teams, multiple technology partners in providing state of the art system solutions
Maintain status of project execution, financials and report to Key stakeholders on a periodical basis
Acts as Subject Matter Expert to senior stakeholders and to the clients
Partner with stakeholders in providing solutions to clients’ technical requirements
Contribute in the expansion to newer markets supporting the business growth
Deliver software through Scaled Agile (SAFe) Framework
Qualifications:
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the Working Capital finance domain a must
Comprehensive knowledge of the principles of business analysis
Demonstrated experience of working with multifaceted teams and delivery of large complex projects
Ability to deliver multiple projects with competing priorities
Experience in guiding a team of business analysts
Excellent communication & leadership skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) with extensive experience using Excel for data analysis
SAFe Agile Certification as POPM is preferred
Education:
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Master’s degree preferred
