Responsibilities:
Develops project task lists and executes / implements activities related to project communication, documentation, and reporting.
Collaborates in development of project business and system requirements and develops required project documentation.
Communicates with management regarding status of specific projects.
Utilizes project management tools to develop/create and prepare project status tracking reports and required metrics for reporting purposes; analyzes reports and makes recommendations for process improvements.
Performs analysis of project deliverables to update/publish processes, procedures and standards; as well as communicate project status to management.
Participates in internal and external audits; based on analysis performed, interprets data to make recommendations to project timelines and related auditing activities.
Utilizes good understanding of IT project leadership procedures and concepts and basic knowledge of other technical areas.
Applies good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area.
Exchanges ideas and information in a concise and logical manner.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
0-2 years experience in an IT project leadership role (combination of education/experience).
Education:
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
