Preferred Work Experience:
7+ years of overall experience in handling program governance
Responsible for the Compliance Assurance Quarterly trigger submission process, the bi-weekly CTS process to secure Employee, T&M, and FPC resources for AML Monitoring.
Manage burn rate review, functional transfers, Green dollar headcount and CTS business office reporting requests.
Risk and Controls: RAG, CAPs, Red/Amber DCRMs, CAMP reporting, EERS, GEM reporting, program deviation request and PQA reporting.
Review data for accuracy and create required reporting to manage the data.
Work together with global counterpart to ensure required project documentation is in place
Managing the communication and expectation of the senior business and stakeholders
Flexible and able to manage time effectively
Ability to learn new skills quickly with little supervision and ensuring the detail is of high priority

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Master’s degree preferred
