1. Minimum 5 years experience as IT Manager or relevant which 2 Yrs Experience in Google Suite administration / MS O365 administration is essential
2. Experience in handling School Management System
3. Knowledge of Learning Management System
4. Knowledge of Google Classrooms / MS Teams
5. Knowledge of MS Office 2016 or later
6. Knowledge of Ticketing system and support activities
7. Knowledge of Hardware and Networking
8. Good Communication skill, Analytical skill.
9. Good Learning capabilities for knowing various modules like Admission/ Academics/ Examination/ Accounts etc.
10. Knowledge of Document management and participation in audits.
11. Knowledge of CBSE procedures for affiliation, evaluation etc.
MCA or any other equivalent Master’s degree in Computers.
