Job Title: US IT Recruiter and Bench Sales Recruiter.
Location: Bangalore On site
Shift Hours: Night Shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM)
Duration – Full Time/ Permanent.
We are looking to expand our team of US IT Recruiter and Bench sales Recruiter for Bangalore Office team and invite applications from candidates who are highly driven with excellent communication skills and networking ability. He/she should be able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment that is metrics-driven. The ability to multitask and prioritize at any given time would definitely grab our attention. Candidates looking for a long-term stint would be preferred.
Responsibilities of US IT Recruiter: Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience. In-depth knowledge of hiring practices and existing laws with respect to the US market. Experience in building the talent pool for the IT department of the company. Must be comfortable working in EST and PST shifts.
Responsibilities of US Bench sales Recruiter: As a Bench Sales Recruiter, involved in selling the bench consultants, including searching, qualifying, scheduling interviews, rate negotiations, and closing. Involved in sales i.e., bench consultants to the Vendors and Clients for the requirements.
Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the US.
Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).
Candidate must have a clear understanding of benefits, compensation, US Visa/ employment types, and terms like W2, US Citizen, GC, OPT, and CPT, etc,
Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools.
Must have a good understanding of US staffing business, Bench sales and recruitment process.
Generate, Interact and Develop Tier-1 Vendors or Implementation partners network on a daily basis
Must have good experience in cold calling, price negotiation and need to have good convincing and closing skills.
Ability to understand the technical requirements and submit consultants’ profiles on time Keeping abreast of the industry trends.
Must have experience in hiring all levels of technical candidates.
Ability to work as a good team player, screening, Maintaining & building the candidate database.
Sound knowledge of IT concepts and the latest trends.
Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
To understand the technical requirements of clients and deliver qualified resources.
Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers.
Develop an action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organization.

Salary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹700,000.00 per year
