We are looking for Candidate with min 2- 4 years of experience as a Desktop Support Engineer/ System Admin

Responsibilities:

Providing L1 and L2 IT support for MAC & Windows users.
Imaging & configuration of Laptops/desktops/mobile devices.
OS deployment /upgrade based on Project Requirement.
Deployment of desktops, VOIP Soft / Hard phone configurations.
IT Consumables Replacement.
All software installations.
Wi-Fi / Printer Installations.
Hardware service /Software upgrade or down-grade(RAM, HDD etc.).
Setting up VC and LYNC calls.
Troubleshooting of various hardware /OS /software related issues based on tickets.
First level analysis of all the tickets before transferring to next stage (L3 or backend).
VPN configurations /trouble shooting.
Instant Messenger Configurations /Troubleshooting.
Mailbox Configurations /Resolving mail issues.
Internet & Proxy Related Issues.
System readiness for training rooms and learning centre.
Mailbox archiving.
Daily Check List for Printers
System Readiness for New joining’s.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹150,000.00 – ₹250,000.00 per year
