Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As an IT Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company’s IT products and services to potential customers. Your primary focus will be to develop and maintain strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Promote and sell our company’s IT products and services to prospective clients.
Identify and develop new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and meetings.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions by presenting product demonstrations, proposals, and quotations.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate understanding and effective communication of product features, benefits, and technical specifications.
Achieve sales targets and objectives within assigned territories or market segments.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and close sales deals.
Provide post-sales support and customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive offerings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive sales initiatives and enhance customer engagement.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as an IT Sales Executive or similar sales role, preferably in the IT industry.
Strong knowledge of IT products and services, including hardware, software, networking, and cloud solutions.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer interactions and sales pipelines.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
