Full Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
Expertise in data centre management and data governance
Own projects, solutions, and key responsibilities within a larger business initiative
Handle business-critical IT tasks and systems administration
Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software
Track and maintain hardware and software inventory
Expertise in implementing, configuring, and testing solutions
Network Infrastructure (Firewall, Router, Switches)
FortiGate SD-WAN, Polices, UTM & troubleshooting
Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
Wi-Fi Infra (Cloud radius, VLAN, WLAN interference, channel overlapping, etc.)
Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
IT Inventory Management:– Monthly assessment and reporting at a glance w.r.t asset allocation, warranty, etc.
Endpoint Protection:– Patches, policies enforcement, etc.
Good understanding of Window, Linux and macOS device management
Understanding of security processes, internal and external VAPT assessment for resolution, etc.
Working knowledge of AWS and Azure
Good Knowledge of SaaS platform product and deployment
Microsoft O365 and its sub-tenants and licensing
Microsoft Azure’s resources deployment and subscription and support
Excellent knowledge of AWS resources and deployment especially EC2, VPC, VPC peering, route 53, AWS market place and its product deployment and cost optimization.
Good understanding of how to enable SSO over SaaS products or on-premise resources using LDAP, Radius, SAML, etc
How to enable MFA on endpoint and SaaS platform products.
System administration and IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other network-related fields are a plus
Good understanding of DNS/DHCP services and its issue troubleshooting knowledge.
Help define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes
Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues
Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure
Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols
