Role: IT Helpdesk Technician-System Administrator
Exp: 2-5 years
As and IT Helpdesk technician, you will work at our IT helpdesk situated in Hyderabad, India and help employees with IT problems. You will use various channels such as phone, mailbox, and lots of supporting software, and remote control and troubleshooting tools. Necessary training will be provided initially, so that you learn all tasks step by step
IT background – Should have knowledge of IT environment. Experience of working on incidents related to IT applications / hardware / software/tools etc
Customer-oriented communicator – You are empathetic, listening and calm. You assist every employee to the best of your ability, not only because it is your job but also and especially because you enjoy helping people
Analytical and problem-solving – You can detect a problem quickly by asking the right questions to the employee. You tackle every problem immediately and think of the most efficient solution independently
Professionalism – You are an important point of contact within Colruyt Group. We therefore expect you to propagate the values of our company and to be professional in all your contacts
Language skills – You communicate fluently in English. What you’ll do? You provide first-line support for all kinds of IT problems for a very large user base spread across different departments and geographies. You will receive questions about passwords, printers, networks, software, etc
You do not pass on questions, but solve as many problems as possible yourself, quickly and efficiently. What you cannot solve over the phone, you pass on to colleagues in more specialized teams
With each call, you decide the priority. What needs to be solved immediately and what can wait? After the support call, you follow up from A to Z to ensure that the problem is completely solved and that everyone is satisfied
Your work location will Hyderabad, India. You will work on a rotating schedule between 06:00am and 10:00pm (Mon-Fri)
What you’ll bring?
Profile:
2 to 5 years of experience working in IT Help desk or Tech Support
Experience working in Tech support is mandatory in Voice support
Ability to work with multiple sources of data
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work both independently
Fluency in English
Ability to succeed in environment with conflicting priorities
