responsibilities

work closely with business analysts to translate approach notes into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive customer experiences for a wide range of devices and interfaces.

facilitate the product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and testing customer experiences for digital products.

find creative ways to solve cx problems e.g. usability, findability work with pos/ui designers to implement attractive designs.

be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model, to regularly deliver design solutions for approval.

constant monitoring of product usage through the pos experience to provide insights on enhancements of cx that can provide business impact product adoption.

be passionate about all things cx and other areas of design and innovation. research and showcase knowledge in the industry s latest trends and technologies.
