Title : Associate Support Specialist
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Understanding user requirements.
Review customer reported tickets and responsible for the first level analysis.
Regular discussion and follow ups with internal cross-functional teams.
Good working knowledge on ticketing tools, Jira, ServiceNow, ZenDesk etc.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in BE/BCA
Experience range between 1-3 years
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
Multi-tasking abilities
Exhibit interest towards customer support and customer satisfaction
Flexibility to work in shifts, including holidays and weekends, on a rotational basis
Basic SQL and java Script knowledge.
