JOB PURPOSE
Lead the overall Procurement related activities of DIAL, in line with Group Procurement Policy, to ensure that Quality Materials, Equipment and/or Services are Procured in most cost effective & timely manner through a competitive process to meet the operational requirements.
Lead and drive Operations Procurement function. Responsible for overall Enterprise common spend, Consolidation of Airports OPEX Spend and Procurement Services at SSC

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor of Engineering (Any Discipline though Mechanical or Electrical engineering preferred)
MBA/ Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management – Specialization in either Operations Management/ Supply Chain Management
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
16-18 years of total experience of which 3-4 years as heading procurement operations for a site or plant
10+ years of functional experience in large multi sector organizations preferably having experience across plants/ operations/ sites for procurement management including eProcurement , RFP, Reverse Auctions, Contract management and Vendor development
Experience in Spend consolidation and harmonization of key operational categories – FMS, O&M, MRO, R&M, IT, Admin, Professional Services
Exposure and basic certification in LEAN Six Sigma and / or other process improvement techniques
Work experience on SAP ERP, eSourcing platforms including auctions, Category management and Workflow based Operations delivery
Basic knowledge of IT Applications – Workflow solutions, Microsoft, Visio, Project Management systems,
Strong Services Contract management experience
Knowledge in Invoice processing and GST requirements
Excellent industry networking and alliance management skills
Knowledge and experience of leading and working with established Quality management systems such as ISO
