Supporting customers contacting for technical assistance with computers on various Social Media Platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Online Forums. Diagnose and troubleshoot various complex technical issues, using the available knowledge articles and framework abiding by the client’s policies and procedures.
Track unresolved issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
Properly escalate and follow up unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
Ensure all issues are properly logged.
Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
The ability to think logically.
Strong customer focus.
Respond quickly to customer requests/needs to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain individual performance towards client KPI’s.
