Interview, conduct thorough pre-screening and assessment of potential candidates, conduct skills assessment to evaluate candidates’ technical skills and competencies and assess candidate’s ability to fit the work environment.
Short-listing the candidates based on the requirement.
Knowledge in end to end recruitment life cycle, understanding the requirements, posting jobs, Sourcing, Scheduling Training & Development Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
Strong can-do attitude with very good communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a heterogeneous team and deliver results.
