Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the US.
Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers.
Work on strategic global hiring programs.
Develop an action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organisation.
Procure people for different IT Requirements.
Use niche platforms related to IT, to source potential candidates.
Personally conduct interviews, document the same, and report as the need arises.
In addition to executing individual responsibility should be able to work in unison with the other departments with the Company’s growth perspective in mind.
Keeping abreast of the industry trends. Evaluating company products and services towards creating an accurate salesperson profile.
Developing and implementing a hiring strategy in consultation with hiring managers. Determining the audience, method, and reach of the hiring process. Designing eye-catching recruitment advertisements.
Advertising sales jobs via suitable print and broadcast media channels, and online recruitment platforms. Screening applicants via follow-up emails and phone calls.
Following up on note-worthy informal and networking referrals.
Scheduling interviews with short-listed candidates on behalf of the sales team.
Supporting recruitment teams in making objective hiring decisions. Maintaining employee records toward tracking hiring successes and identifying future opportunities.
