2. Account Manager (Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition) – IT / Tech Staffing

Office Location: Just Beyond Work – Sector 14, Gurgaon

Working Days: 6 (5 Days Office, Saturday WFH) – Will move to 5 to 5.5 Days in next 6-9 months.

Skill Sets: Excellent Communication, Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment – IT, Account Management, Stakeholder Management, IT Staffing.

Requirements:
Knowledge of the Complete hiring process and cycle starting from Sourcing to Offer release to Salary negotiations etc.

Good Aptitude and Interpersonal Skills are required.

Fast Learner, Good Communication Skills, and Time Management skills are also key parameters.

Proven result-oriented person with a delivery focus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work well with people and be both highly motivated and motivating

Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
The Primary role would be account management and handling clients / all stakeholders such as HRs / Hiring Managers / Founders of the company etc.

Drive the Closers of the open positions and revenue for the company

Screen the candidates by talking to them and judging their fitment.

Schedule the interviews and send assignments etc if required.

This person would be based out of Gurgaon. All Support in terms of profile sourcing and screening by other recruiters would be provided centrally.
