Manager – Admin and IT
Just like good quality fuel is needed for a vehicle to run smoothly, an organization needs smart, intelligent, and smooth Individuals who can contribute to the growth of the organization by Fueling the needs and meeting the expectations of the organization.FieldAssist is looking for a Driver who has the zeal to empower the growth of our company by contributing to activities that are “Fuel” to the organization’s Development.
Responsibilities
1. Asset Management – Manage and control the organization’s IT assets (i.e., hardware) throughout their life cycle, from acquisition through final disposition.
2. IT Infrastructure – Maintain, repair, and upgrade the operating system including hardware and software. Ensuring working condition of all IT equipment at offices and home.
3. Bookkeeping – Keep records of the expenses and perform tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budget tracking.
4. Database Management – Organize and maintain personnel records. Update internal databases. Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
5. Facilities Management – Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary Maintenance of power, water, furniture, lighting cafeteria equipment etc., at the offices. Manage team of housekeeping staff and ensuring proper office facilities. Procure office consumables, negotiate for best price and release POs as per approvals.
6. Vendor Management – Source vendors, obtain quotes, negotiate contracts, manage relationships. Manage delivery of corporate gifts, materials, and other items to employees through vendors. Assist for corporate services assigned from time to time
7. Admin – Arrange travel and accommodations. Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and the conference room schedule in order to prevent duplicate bookings.
Welcome visitors and direct them to the relevant office/personnel.
Who we’re looking for:
4-5 years of Admin Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferably HR, IT, BCA, MCA
Computer literacy (MS Office applications, MS excel, and Google sheets in particular)
Able to handle pressure and high-velocity task handling.
Superb time management and organizational skills.
