In this role, you will…
Design and implement systems and processes for Collaboration, Messaging, and Productivity technology.
Design, plan, and prioritize a portfolio of projects to solve the identified issues and support services that are unique and specific to Digital Workplace.
Shape and build the feature release and platform lifecycle roadmaps for all Collaboration, Messaging, and Productivity services including but not necessarily limited to Microsoft Office 365 including SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive, Teams, Slack and related tools.
Enhance large segments of our daily workflow such as Meeting Experience, File Sync & Share, Chat, Content Collaboration, and Community Management.
Work closely with the global IT Security and Compliance Team to implement security standards across the organization.
Engineer solutions to ensure that IAM solutions and services perform according to defined processes, meet defined policies, and comply with information security requirements.
Design, develop and implement Okta Workflows and SailPoint IIQ 8.x.
Strong expertise in Role Modelling & implementation of Role Based Access Control framework.
Participate in all Okta and SailPoint deployment activities – connector configuration, custom rule development, workflow
configuration and development, and third-party system integration.
Develop Okta and SailPoint Workflows like Joiner, Mover, Leaver and custom workflows per the business needs.
Build custom SSO integrations (SAML, SWA, OAUTH) in Okta.
Implementation of self-service features, password features (Forgot password, Change Password), provisioning features, custom rules and configuration of various roles and policies in Okta and SailPoint.
Support Slack with Workspace creation and administration, Slack Web-hook creation for custom bots and apps.
Lead quality control and quality assurance activities, such as developing and executing test plans/scripts, and resolve deviations or exceptions for newly developed IAM solutions.
Create and support security policies, standards, and processes based on CSOD business goals.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation.
You’ve got what it takes if you have experience with…
BA/BS degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of experience in Okta design, development, configuration, testing, integration, and deployment.
Okta connector development experience with both out-of-the-box and custom connectors.
At least 4 years of experience with Jamf Pro, Intune, Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL, Powershell, and XML.
Experience in developing applications using Java, J2EE components including Servlets, JSP, JDBC.
Professional IT certifications are a plus.
Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft SQL Server.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other MS Office tools, Engineering, Information Technology, related field, or equivalent degree and experience.
Experience with design/architecture for collaboration & productivity tools; delivery management; operation management; service management; infrastructure and operations for global company.
Deep knowledge of, and experience with, networking technologies and infrastructure.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Passion to work within a fast paced, high-energy, high-tech environment.
Ability to handle multiple projects, priorities and/or teams across multiple functions.
Good understanding and experience in AWS Cloud infrastructure Platform.
