RELEVANT EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree (or higher) preferred (or equivalent experience in Information Technologies).
2 to 4 years working in a systems administration with a focus on operational excellence and process automation.
Familiarity and experience with industry standard administration tools and methodologies. High subject matter competency in areas such as Microsoft servers, Patching, Addressing Vulnerabilities and information security.
Experience with multiple technologies, processes and environments with a proven ability to execute against project plans. Subject matter competency in areas such as Microsoft servers, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, DFS, Cluster, storage, and information security.
Excellent logical troubleshooting ability. Demonstrated strong analysis, problem resolution, judgment and decision-making skills. Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Demonstrable ability to collaborate with team members and IT management. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent organization and documentation skills.
