You will be responsible to support the IT Country Head for India business entities with various initiatives, particularly in, but not limited to the following areas:

The APAC Region Technology organization is responsible for oversight of Information Security & Technology risks and compliance with technology-related regulatory obligations across all areas of CS IT for the APAC region. The department encompasses the IT Country Management function across APAC and part of the Global Chief Information Officer (CIO) organization within Chief Technology & Operations Officer (CTOO) division.

Your skills and experience
To excel in this role, you should possess below:
A university degree or equivalent in information technology
At least 8 years of experience in the banking/financial industry and experience in Technology risk governance / management
Strong exposure/knowledge of India IT-related regulations (RBI, SEBI, Exchanges)
Good proficiency in IT infrastructure development, support and management
Proven track record in leading the IT governance framework incl. presenting challenging issues / global priorities to management and driving their effective remediation monitoring
Good understanding of Technology risk management
Excellent project / program / IT service management skills
Outstanding understanding of IT application / infrastructure security aspects
Excellent communication skills in English (written / verbal) & analytical skills; high-level of proficiency in MS Office Tools especially Excel & PowerPoint
Proven team-player with excellent interpersonal skills; strong personal impact, ability to influence / persuade partners over key decisions/deliverables and you have strong intention in implementing deliverables as an individual; need to be self-managing
