Your skills and experience
To excel in this role, you should possess below:
Good knowledge on banking and capital market products
Degree or higher education in Information Technology or equivalent work experience
5 to 8 years of hands-on PM experience with at least 5 years of handling implementation of enterprise IT systems in Banking & Finance Industry
Preferably have prior experience of working in Regulatory Reporting or experience in end-to-end implementation of at least one regulatory reporting framework for Financial Institutions
Experience in managing large and complex IT projects is and added advantage
Experience in running projects according to Agile methodology as a PM / Scrum Master is preferable
PMP/Prince2 and Agile Certification is required
Experience working with functional & technical teams to & achieving results in a project context using resources that do not report directly (e.g. from other departments, external suppliers etc.)
Good understanding of MS Office, proficiency in JIRA, MS Project and other of Project Management tools desired
Certification in ITIL and Scrum preferable
