Credit Suisse Looking for IT Business Analyst, AVP at Pune, Maharashtra Full Time

Your responsibilities include:

• Engage with Business/Change BAs for requirement elicitation and analysis
• Engage with relevant IT staff and Business to propose appropriate solutions
• Produce high quality functional specification documents and use-cases for developers and testers
• Provide requirement walkthroughs to developers, designers, testers, architects etc. as required, and address all queries
• Partner with the Test team and Business for developing test scenarios, system testing and user acceptance testing

Your skills and experience

The team requires members with analytical and logical thinking in their DNA. Curiosity, ambition and clarity of thought is what we seek, rest all can be learnt.

10+ Years of business analysis experience on large IT projects, preferably within Risk, Capital Markets or IB Front Office environment

Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills, with ability to drive things to closure

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Understanding of Market Risk domain preferred

Some technical exposure preferred – Knowledge of SQL, UML, and MS tools including Visio, etc.

Result oriented, dedicated, hardworking who can work on own initiative and can deliver on time under pressure
