Cue Health Inc. is seeking to hire a full-time Senior IT Support Technician.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, evaluating and resolving a wide assortment of routine to moderately complex technology issues including but not limited to issues with workstations, laptops, tablets, mobile phones, printers and scanners
Build, deploy, configure and/or support IT related hardware
Supporting all operating systems and end-user software. Manage end-user accounts, permissions, and access rights, in accordance with company policies
Perform end-user support duties including live phone support
Participate in on-call rotation as needed
Help with employee onboarding related to IT matters and other projects as assigned
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Typically requires a High School diploma or equivalent, plus 3 or more years of relevant work experience. Associates degree and/or experience in a corporate IT environment highly preferred
Working technical proficiency of network and platform operating systems, including Windows (all versions) Mac OS, and MS Office Suite
Knowledge of Jira/ Atlassian (or similar) issue & project tracking software
Some hands-on experience with configuration of IT related hardware
Ability to learn moderately complex tasks and follow standard operating procedures
Customer service experience
Ability to interface effectively and professionally with a diverse population of customers
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Ability to work extended hours as required
Ability to travel between various local office locations as required
Environment and Physical Activities/Requirements:
You will work in an indoor remote environment for which no adverse conditions are expected. This position requires the following physical activities and/or requirements:
Remaining in a stationary or sedentary position, often standing and/or sitting for prolonged periods of time
Repeating motions, such as keyboarding, that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
Communicating with others to exchange information
Adjusting, moving, carrying, lifting, pushing or pulling objects up to 20 pounds
