Job Description
At CGS our people are our greatest assets. We’re looking for a Jr IT recruiter to join our team, and to help us find top talent to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have some experience or interest in recruiting. The US IT recruitment process will be taught, along with knowledge of resume screening, interviewing, hiring practices, and team management.
Qualified candidates will work independently, wear multiple hats and be productive in a remote working environment. Must be flexible to shift priorities as needed and be available for US working hours. Most of the jobs we are going to be recruiting for are for technology based positions!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Screen all resumes looking for key traits that will make candidates successful in in their respective field.
Act as a point of contact for candidates and gatekeeper to the management on all recruiting processes – providing updates on job postings, applicant pool, applicant status, job portal, and interview performances.
Complete pre-employment and new-hire paperwork with candidates.
Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports for all phases of the recruitment process.
Be able to run the recruiting department to lead a team of future recruiters
Qualifications
Some knowledge of full-cycle technical recruiting experience; or tenure at a hyper-growth startup is a plus
An understanding of technology, engineering terminology, tech stacks, and the broad tech industry
Some knowledge of new hire contracts and salary negotiations.
Excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal
Able to work 2nd shift, as most clients/candidates are in the US
Organized individual, able to manage self and help grow recruiting department.
