Duties & Responsibilities:
Handling End to End IT Recruitment.
Sourcing the right candidates through job portals like Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
Streamline HR operations like payroll, leave, attendance, on-boarding, confirmations, appraisals & exit management.
Performing reference and background checks.
Facilitating periodic employee engagement activities to boost employee morale & commitment.
Employee relations/grievance handling.
Developing clear HR policies and ensuring policy awareness.
