Role & Responsibilities
Technical support delivery for Dassault Systemes products (3DVIA Planner Tools in Cloud).
Maintain communication with application maintenance team or systems administrators on the customers’ side.
Reproduce and resolve incidents reported by the customers.
Regular reporting of working progress.
Work collaboratively with other departments in order to improve the product.
Respond immediately in case of Customer Crisis situations.
Ensure Knowledge capitalization content creation on regular basis and spread awareness about it at every possible need and opportunity.
Qualifications/Experience
Bachelor’s degree in the related field, preferably in Computer Science/Engineering
Knowledge of WEB Server/Browser technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
1 to 2 years of working experience in software development/tests or on a similar position
Having AWS experience, SQL basic knowledge can be advantage.
Basic network knowledge
Good English communication skills, both written and verbal required.
