Job Description: IT Recruiter (1-3 Years of Experience)

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify IT staffing requirements, including technical skills, qualifications, and experience needed for various positions.
Utilize various recruitment methods to attract and source qualified IT candidates, such as online job portals, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and interview potential candidates to assess their technical expertise, qualifications, and cultural fit.
Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including technical tests or assignments, to evaluate their proficiency and suitability for specific IT roles.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate feedback, and extending job offers.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future IT hiring needs, proactively sourcing candidates and engaging with potential prospects.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in IT recruitment to effectively identify and evaluate top talent.
Collaborate with HR teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including necessary documentation, background checks, and orientation programs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to understand IT staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hires, to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, preferably with 1-3 years of recruitment experience in the IT industry.
In-depth knowledge of IT roles, technical skills, and industry-specific terminologies to effectively assess candidates’ qualifications and match them with suitable positions.
Familiarity with various sourcing methods, including online job portals, social media platforms, and professional networking sites.
Strong interview and assessment skills to evaluate technical proficiency, problem-solving abilities, and cultural fit.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software tools.
Proactive and self-motivated approach, with a strong sense of ownership and commitment to delivering high-quality recruitment results.
Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices in recruitment and selection.
