JOB SPECIFICATIONS – SOFTWARE SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
· A Master’s degree in computer science or computer application is required, as is minimum one year of experience in software support or troubleshooting.
· Must work well independently or as part of a team of software analysts and support technicians. Good communication skills (esp. listening) and the ability to work well with people at all levels (technical, non-technical, etc.) are essential.
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills are a must.
· Should be good to check the software/understand customer queries;
· Response to customer queries by e-mail, chat or telephone;
· Installation/Training of the software at client side or on call;
· Should be good in Desktop Support
· Excellent attendance and punctuality;
· Can arrange and show the demonstration at client side;
· Excellent customer service skills;
· Submission of Daily/Weekly or Monthly support activity to the Senior
