Responsibilities:
Delivery of IT projects to market.

Ensuring that technology resources meet the company’s short and long-term needs.

Acting as a mentor to team members.

Ensuring all technology practices adhere to regulatory and compliance standards.

Provides strategic direction and oversight for the full life cycle of design, development, operation, and support of IT systems.

Works with HR and the IT leadership team to develop and execute workforce plans that supply skilled resources to meet current and future demand.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, related field, or equivalent work experience.

10 or more years working in a technological role.

5 or more years of managerial experience in a global operation.

Western Company collaboration experience.

Advanced technological skillset and a demonstrated history with technology.

Cloud Software Development is a must.

Exceptional team management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Ability to delegate efficiently.
